Workshops can be booked as private, one-on-one, or group retreat setting. You do not need any prior musical experience.

• Understand the power of singing bowls and how their sound and vibration affect mind, body and spirit.

• Experience “active listening” to focus a busy brain. Bowl and gong meditation is miraculous for those who are unable to meditate traditionally.

• Learn how to use different mallets with different techniques to achieve different sounds and healing vibrations

• Practice how to use sound healing to incorporate concepts of release, intention, prayer and manifestation

• Learn simple and advanced techniques for crystal bowls, alchemy bowls and planetary gongs

• Learn to feel these instruments and get to know each individual energy and song they sing. There is a sweet spot where the vibration and energy flow easiest. Understanding when it is too much and when it is not enough

• Learn to set a sacred space and how to allow energy to flow through your heart and hands

• Clear and smudge energies with a variety of natural techniques and discuss intentions for your work and how to best bring your energy and successfully share this magical healing vortex with others

• Wake up to a sunrise sound bath and enjoy a relaxing moonlight sound bath before bed.  Experience a floating sound bath with water training in our crystalline pool or cenote.
