When you reserve an experience, send an enquiry, subscribe to our newsletter or speak with the Frequency Guide, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the dates you are considering, your guest count, and any dietary needs, allergies or requests you choose to share.

We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can make it better. This is aggregated and does not identify you.

How we use it

To prepare and hold your experience, to answer your questions, to send you the practical details you need before arriving, and to keep our own records.

If you have opted in, we may write to you occasionally about upcoming gatherings. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the people and services needed to host you: our own team, our payment processor, our email provider, and the transport provider if you ask us to arrange your arrival. Each of them receives only what they need.

You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we will take care of it.
