One long table under the canopy, set for your group and no one else. It is laid before you arrive: woven mats, clay plates the colour of the earth they came from, smoked glass, candles down the middle of the timber, and lanterns strung through the branches that come on as the light goes. For us a meal is a moment to come together and share stories, food, opinions and laughs, so we invite you to gather around it for a communal experience that celebrates connection. Something happens at this table that we did not design and cannot take credit for: a group that has just come out of ceremony sits down still carrying the quiet of it, and by the second course the talking has started and does not stop. Every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients and a touch of magic, inspired by the vibrant flavors of our surroundings: the essence of the Yucatán, with a modern and conscious twist. Menus are agreed with you beforehand, around what you eat and what you are celebrating.
