Cacao Ceremonies

An ancestral Mayan ritual, held privately for your group. Ceremonial cacao, prepared from an ancestral recipe, opens the heart, deepens connection, and brings you into a shared intention. A beautiful way to begin a retreat, gather with those you love, or share an intimate experience for 2.

Sound & Quantum Journeys

Ancestral frequencies within a cave that has stood for 65 million years, held by our Sound Shamans and Medicine Musicians. Sound is experienced through the entire body here, not simply heard. Through vibration and resonance, the body becomes a tuning fork, receiving and responding to frequency as the journey unfolds. The cave itself becomes part of the instrument, amplifying and carrying each frequency through the space and through you.

Curated Dining at La Mesa

Lunch or dinner at La Mesa is designed as a continuation of ceremony through nourishment. Each menu is thoughtfully curated for your group, centered around seasonal, organic, farm-to-table ingredients and served family-style. Gather around our long communal table for a beautiful, unhurried meal created to be shared, savored, and experienced together.

Private Concerts & Gatherings

A private live music experience created exclusively for your retreat group, inside the cave or beneath the jungle canopy. Each gathering is shaped around the energy and intention of your group, bringing together extraordinary musicians, immersive sound and the natural acoustics of the sanctuary. A beautiful way to close a retreat, celebrate together, or simply share an unforgettable evening.

Why choose us

A private, 65-million-year-old cave with a cenote at its heart. Ceremonies thoughtfully curated around the intention of your retreat, farm-to-table dining created specifically for your group, and a sanctuary held entirely in privacy for the duration of your experience. Every detail is considered, allowing you to remain fully present with your guests while we take care of the rest.

The day most groups choose

  1. Cacao Ceremony

Begin in ceremony. Sacred cacao, intention, and connection bring the group into a shared presence and open the journey together.

  2. Lunch at La Mesa

Continue the ceremony through nourishment with a beautifully curated, organic farm-to-table lunch, served family-style and created specifically for your group.

  3. Signature Sound Journey

Close in sound and frequency. An immersive, frequency-based journey becomes the culmination of the day, followed by time to swim, float, and integrate in the cenote.

A suggested flow, never a formula. Every retreat is held privately and shaped around the intention of your group. Choose from any of our experiences, reserve the sanctuary for your date, and we will curate the rhythm of the day around you.

Experience it for yourself

If you would like to experience the sanctuary before bringing your retreat group, we invite you to book a private journey with us. There is no requirement to do so. Our experiences speak for themselves, and many retreat leaders choose to book their groups based simply on what they have seen, heard, and felt drawn to.

For those who would like to experience it firsthand, we recommend coming as a guest and moving through a journey just as your group would. This allows you to feel the land, the frequency, the ceremony, and the level of care that defines what we create here.

Because preparing the sanctuary is an experience in itself, involving our musicians, facilitators, and team and often much of the day, we do not offer traditional property previews or site visits. Instead, you are welcome to reserve a private experience and encounter the sanctuary as it was intended to be experienced.

From there, if you choose to bring your group, we can curate something extraordinary around the intention and rhythm of your retreat.

For Retreat Leaders

Let us be the sacred highlight of your retreat

Our sanctuary is privately reserved for your group, creating an extraordinary setting for connection, ceremony and shared experience.

One of our most loved retreat flows begins with a Cacao Ceremony, opening the heart and bringing the group into heart coherence, followed by lunch at La Mesa, and culminating in one of our signature Sound Journeys.

Choose this flow or create your own from our experiences. Once reserved, our Frequency Master and team will shape the ceremony and experience around the intention of your retreat.
