Reservations

Every experience is private and by advance reservation. We are not open to the public: there are no walk-ins, no general admission and no drop-in visits, and only one group is on the property at a time.

Water Temple journeys carry a two-guest minimum charge. The Sound Temple does not, and can be reserved by a single guest. A reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and every guest has accepted the waiver.

Your visit

Your visit runs for the time held by your reservation, from the hour it is due to begin: about 2 hours for 2 guests taking one experience, about three for a larger group, and up to 4 for a group with a meal. A day built from several experiences runs for the hours those experiences add up to. It cannot always be extended, because another private booking may follow yours. We ask that you arrive on time, that you do not arrive intoxicated, and that you follow the guidance of our facilitators throughout.

Our cave and ceremonial spaces are alcohol-free, which preserves the intention and the integrity of the experiences held there. At La Mesa and the celebration areas alcohol can be part of the evening. Nothing may be brought onto the property for use during a ceremony.

The sanctuary is a natural jungle place: paths can be uneven, and water is part of the experience. Entering the cenote is voluntary, life jackets are not provided, and each guest stays within their own swimming ability. You are responsible for your own belongings.

Our team works exclusively on our property and cannot be hired elsewhere. Sound and ceremony here are held by our own musicians and facilitators.

Photography

Please ask before photographing other guests. For commercial or content shoots, book the Photo Shoot Experience so we can prepare the spaces properly.

Changes

Weather is part of the jungle. If conditions require it, we may move an experience between spaces to keep you comfortable and safe. We will always tell you in advance.
